Colette is operated by Atelier Intelligence Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Colette," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through coletteprive.com (the "Site") and how we handle it.
This Site is currently a waitlist page. It does not provide the Colette membership service. When the membership becomes available, we will publish a separate policy covering that service before you can use it.
This Site is intended for residents of the United States.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website host records standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to operate and secure the Site and to understand general traffic patterns.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and cookies that support basic traffic measurement. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, precise location, or any sensitive personal information through this Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
maintain the waitlist and confirm your place on it;
contact you about Colette, including launch timing, membership applications, and related announcements;
respond to questions you send us;
operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not use waitlist information for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are contractually limited to using it for that purpose. Currently this is Squarespace, which hosts the Site, stores waitlist submissions, and delivers our email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any material change.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not serve advertising on this Site.
4. How Long We Keep Information
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until we determine we no longer need it for the purposes described above. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with our host's standard practice.
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing us at concierge@coletteprive.com.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing stops us from contacting you. If you also want your information deleted from our records, ask us using the contact details below and we will remove it.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:
know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
request a copy of that information;
request that we delete it;
request that we correct inaccurate information;
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, there is no opt-out to exercise.
To make a request, email us at concierge@coletteprive.com. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with your waitlist entry, and will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of that authorization.
6. Children
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. The current version will always be posted on this page.
