Terms of Use
Effective 19 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to coletteprive.com (the "Site"), operated by Atelier Intelligence Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Colette," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What This Site Is
The Site is an informational page that allows you to join a waitlist for the Colette membership. The membership itself is not available through this Site and is not being offered for sale here. Separate terms will govern the membership when it becomes available, and you will be asked to agree to them before you can use it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist.
3. The Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation, a contract, or an offer by either party.
Colette is an invitation-only membership. Being on the waitlist does not entitle you to membership. We decide who is invited, in what order, and on what timing, at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason.
Any pricing, membership terms, features, benefits, or launch dates described on the Site are current plans, not commitments. They may change or be withdrawn at any time before you enter into a membership agreement. Nothing on the Site creates a binding obligation to offer the membership, to offer it at a particular price, or to offer it at all.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit another person's information without their permission.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including the Colette name and wordmark, text, photography, illustrations, design, and layout — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents, or use our name or marks, without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related system;
interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site;
submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
upload or transmit anything harmful, including malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and remove you from the waitlist, at any time and without notice.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLETTE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ADVISORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colette and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
